Terese began her career in real estate 37 years ago at the age of 20. By the time she was 22 she was earned a Broker’s license and was running the company for her mother, Audrey

Mondello, who at that time had taken long-term leave of absence. This experience proved invaluable for Terese in gaining hands-on, life-long skills in business management, servicing clients, and facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. Terese’s mother was her greatest mentor, who taught her that if you always adhere to the “The Golden Rule”, you’ll feel confident in knowing you have done your best, regardless of the outcome. Terese has held a real estate license in San Diego California as well, where she gained experience in property management under the mentorship of a broker/property manager with 40 years of experience. She continues to list, sell, rent, and manage properties in Dutchess, Ulster, and Columbia counties.

Terese is also a licensed Registered Nurse with a passion for behavioral health and

individuals with developmental disabilities. Recently retired from healthcare, she continues to offer a true genuine compassion for others in her profession as a real estate broker cultivated greatly by extensive training and experience as a nurse.
