Terese began her career 26 years ago at the age of 20. By the time she was 22 she was a licensed broker and was running the company for her mother, Audrey Mondello, who at that time took a long-term leave of absence. This experience proved invaluable for Terese in gaining hands-on, life-long skills in business management, servicing clients, and facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. Terese’s mother was her greatest mentor, who taught her that as long as you always adhere to the “The Golden Rule”, you’ll always feel confident in knowing you have done your best, regardless of the outcome. Terese has held a real estate license in California as well, where she gained experience in property management under the mentorship of a broker/property manager with 40 years of experience. She continues to list, sell, and manage property in Dutchess and Columbia counties and has recently achieved her dream of earning a Registered Nursing degree. “I believe we should never stop challenging ourselves.
